Self-Service provides enhanced capabilities for registration, course planning, and financial information. All students attempting to access Self-Service need to have completed the application process. Any student without a user name and password needs to visit a Student Services office with a valid, government-issued photo ID to retrieve your information. If you do not live in-district but are using a charge-back agreement, cooperative agreement, work-in-district waiver, etc., you still need to register online, but then must come to the registration counter on campus to have your tuition rate adjusted (be sure to bring proper documentation).

If you cannot log in, ensure the keyboard Caps Lock key is off. South Suburban College has deployed a tool to help you reset your College log in password on your own without the need for assistance. With this tool, you can manage the password that you use to log in to College supplied services, such as Self-Service, Microsoft 365, D2L, and lab computers. Use the online resend password form if needed. For further assistance, contact the Academic Computing Helpdesk at (708) 225-5825 or submit a helpdesk ticket.
